Private by default.

1. Data Drobea processes

• Wardrobe data: item names, categories, colors, sizes, locations, statuses, purchase prices, wear history, and looks.
• Photos you select: clothing photos from the camera or photo library.
• Recovery email: only when you choose to link an email for protection or restoration.
• City search: the city name you enter and the selected city coordinates, used only to retrieve weather-aware outfit suggestions without requesting device location.
• Minimal technical data: a user identifier and operational records needed for secure sync, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

2. Where data is stored

Core data is stored in a local database on your device. When cloud sync is available, wardrobe metadata is stored privately per account on Supabase. Photos are uploaded to private storage only when you enable Photo backup; it is off by default.

3. Photo processing and suggestions

When you request photo classification or similarity suggestions and AI is available, selected images and the minimum necessary wardrobe context may be sent through Drobea’s server infrastructure to an AI processor. If that service is unavailable, Drobea does not infer details or similarity scores: selected photos enter a manual review flow instead. You review every suggestion before it is saved.

4. How data is used

Data is used only to operate features you choose: wardrobe organization, sync and restoration, photo backup, data export, and suggestions. Drobea does not use data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale to third parties.

5. Service providers

Drobea uses Supabase for authentication, sync, private storage, and server functions; Open-Meteo for city search and weather forecasts; ExchangeRate-API at open.er-api.com for a daily VND–USD reference rate; and web deployment infrastructure for the public privacy and support pages. When the optional AI feature is enabled, photo-processing requests you initiate may be sent through Drobea’s server function to OpenAI. Providers process data only to deliver the corresponding technical service.

6. Your controls

• Disable photo backup at any time; the next sync removes cloud photos that are no longer needed.
• Export a portable ZIP containing available data, history, and photos.
• Delete individual items or use Delete account and data in Profile to remove cloud data, cloud photos, the account identity, and personal data on the device.
• Uninstall the app to remove remaining local data from the device.

7. Retention and security

Cloud data is retained while the account is active or until you delete it. Minimal security logs may be retained for a limited period to prevent abuse and investigate failures. Network connections use HTTPS, and cloud data is separated by user through access-control policies.

8. Children

Drobea is a personal organization tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children’s data.
